We can only cancel orders before processing begins.
If your order has shipped, you must request a return instead.
5. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging with all tags
Certain items (personalized, perishable, clearance) are not eligible.

We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
9. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
10. My package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it—what do I do?
Please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
11. I entered the wrong address—can I change it?
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
If the order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
